First time Setup SharePoint Resources
Follow the link to the SharePoint page you will have been emailed.
Once on this page click the star at the top right, this will help you to find it again easily, you can also favourite the page like a normal website
Go to documents on the left
Then click on the Sync button at the top of the documents page, tick the pop up box and press open
This will then start syncing this group to your computer, meaning you can access all the documents through file explorer as you are used to.
If you open up “Henley-in-Arden School SharePoint” you will see your sharepoint and all the files and folders enclosed.
You’ll notice another column called status, in the status will be symbols identifying any issues with the file. 
The
Symbol indicates that work you have saved on the computer is getting uploaded to the Cloud.
The
symbol indicates that the work is saved on the cloud but not the computer
The
means that the work is saved on the computer and the cloud
The
means there’s been an error with the sync – to resolve click on the OneDrive icon on the bottom right of your screen and follow the prompts 
To Return to the sharepoint online you can either right click if the folder and select “View online”
Or go to https://www.office.com/sharepoint for all your SharePoints and sign in using your @henleyschool.com email address
Go to the square dots in the top left hand corner and then click SharePoint
Then if you have followed the site you will see it on the left
