You will have received an Email from Room Booking System with your account details.
Your username will be the same as normal i.e John Smith will login with “JSmith”
Your password will have to be set by yourself by clicking on the “forgot your login?” link
Enter your username and email then press “Change Password”
Check emails for the password reset link and enter your desired password
When you then login for the first time you will see a simple users guide on how to add bookings
To add a booking, just select the desired date on the calendar
The required resource under categories such as classroom, Computer room Laptop Trolley etc etc.
The click the required time slot
At the next box make sure you type in the info box, I would suggest what Class you are taking
Then click the big tick and book
