Creating a rule for messages or emails to go to a specific Outlook mailboxes folders

  • Launch the outlook App then click on File and click on manage rules & Alerts 

  • Select New rule and choose the Rule you require in this case from someone to a folder 

  • Select from people or group at the top and ensured it is ticked 

  • In step 2 click on people or public group at the bottom and search for the email then click ok 

  • Click on the specified folder and choose the destination of the folder you want it to go to 

  • Select next and choose your options, in this case click on move it to the specified folder 

  • Click past the exemption leave everything unchecked 

  • Select turn on this rule and select finish
